Multi Allrounder
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This privacy policy explains how Multi Allrounder Services GmbH (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data in the Multi Allrounder mobile app and the related administration website. The app is an internal workplace tool for our cleaning and facility-care staff and managers. It is not a consumer or public social app.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is:
Multi Allrounder Services GmbHMargriebenweg 4
4226 Breitenbach
Switzerland
Email: info@multiallrounder.ch · Phone: 079 932 66 69
2. What the app is for
Multi Allrounder helps our company coordinate cleaning and facility-care work. Staff use the app to sign in, check in and out at assigned job sites, attach photos of completed work, and report issues. Managers use the app to review attendance, rate completed work, and follow up on reports. Administrators use the website to manage staff, locations, and records.
3. Data we collect
We only collect data needed to run the workplace app:
- Account details: name, email address, phone number (if provided), role (staff, manager, or admin), and a hashed password.
- Attendance: check-in and check-out times, job-site location, notes, and whether the check-in or check-out was inside the allowed radius.
- Location: GPS coordinates and a nearby address when you check in or out, used only to confirm you are at the assigned site.
- Photos: pictures of completed cleaning work and photos attached to issue reports, including optional captions.
- Issue reports: title, description, status, replies, linked job, and related photos.
- Device and technical data: IP address, user agent, app platform, and app version, used to operate and secure the service.
- Authentication tokens: a secure sign-in token stored on your device so you stay signed in.
4. Data we do not collect
We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs for marketing, or tracking across other companies’ apps. We do not use the app for credit scoring or automated decisions that produce legal effects.
5. How we use the data
We use this data to:
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Record attendance and completed work at assigned sites.
- Let managers and administrators review, rate, and follow up on work and issues.
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the app and website.
- Meet employment, accounting, and legal record-keeping duties.
The legal basis is our employment or contractor relationship with you, our legitimate interest in coordinating and documenting our services, and Swiss data-protection law (nDSG). Where EU/EEA GDPR applies, the same purposes are covered by Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
7. Where data is stored and how long we keep it
Data is stored on our servers used to operate the Multi Allrounder app and administration website. Attendance, photos, and issue records are kept for as long as needed for operations, quality control, and legal retention (for example employment and accounting records), then deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us to correct or delete data that we no longer need to keep. Account access can be deactivated by an administrator when you leave the company.
8. Security and encryption
The app communicates with our servers over HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, not in plain text. Sign-in uses personal access tokens. We do not implement custom or proprietary encryption algorithms; we rely on standard operating-system and transport encryption.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
9. Location, camera, and photos
Location is requested when you check in or out so we can confirm you are at the job site. We do not track your location in the background outside those actions.
Camera and photo-library access are used only when you choose to attach photos of completed work or issues. Photos are stored with your attendance or issue record and are visible to authorised managers and administrators.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of data you provided. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise these rights, contact us at info@multiallrounder.ch or through your manager or administrator. You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if GDPR applies, with your local supervisory authority.
11. Children
The app is for adult employees and contractors of Multi Allrounder Services GmbH. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. The current version is always published at this URL.
